For minors born outside Nigeria, the following documents are required:

Issued by the Nigeria Population Commission (NPC).

•  NIN Enrollment for Adults (16 Years and Above)

• A recent sworn Affidavit of Birth Date, sworn in court
  This affidavit must be uploaded on the NPC website, as it is a requirement for NPC to issue the Birth Attestation
  The affidavit alone is not sufficient for NIN enrollment; it is used specifically to enable NPC to issue the Birth Attestation.

  All documents must be valid, recent, and correctly issued
  The sworn affidavit is only used to process the NPC Birth Attestation
  NIN enrollment cannot proceed without the NPC-issued document
  Appointments are mandatory before visiting the capture center
